To join CREW (Collision Repair Executive Webcast)
Open the CREW confirmation email,
Click the Join CREW link provided in the confirmation email.
If prompted, click Yes or Grant to accept the download.
If requested, enter the Webinar password provided in the Webinar confirmation email.
Under the website address you should see a phone number and an access code to join
Dial the phone number and enter the access code when you are prompted.
To leave CREW
From the Attendance Control Panel File Menu, select Exit – Leave CREW.
On the Are you sure you want to leave the CREW? Confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
Attendee Control Panel:
1. Once you have logged onto the call you should see the below control panel on the right-hand side of your screen.
The attendee access codes are used by the user and can only be used once.
1. If you would like to invite other participants onto the call please feel free to e-mail crew@fixauto.com the name, e-mail and the phone number of the potential attendee and we will follow up with them to get them registered.
Plan to be on the call 15 minutes before the actual start of CREW.
Please note no one will be speaking during this 15 minutes. The Webcast starts promptly at 11am PT, 1pm CT, 2pm ET
Due to the volume of attendees on the call everyone except the speakers are muted.
If you have any questions during the call please feel free to use the question panel on the right-side of your screen and the organizer Fix Auto will get back to you as soon as possible.
